Give hope to others by sharing your story of Recovery and Resiliency!
There is a good chance others will find your story an inspiration and give meaning to their own recovery process. Please share your story with us, so we can share it with others. We are seeking both stories from consumers as well as family members. Your story can help others who need to hear there is hope and that recovery is not only possible, but probable!
When putting your story together, it may help to keep the following in mind:
Has dealing with a mental illness influenced your:
- Hopes
- Dreams
- Expectations for your life
If dealing with a mental illness has influenced your, hopes, dreams and life expectations;
- How have you redefined these?
- How do you define recovery and what does this look like in your life?
- What has enabled you to live a meaningful life?
- What gives you hope?
- What do you do on a daily basis to maintain wellness?
- What types of mental health services have helped or hindered your recovery efforts?
- What has helped you deal with trauma?

Don’t worry about spelling or grammar. We’ll help with that. We understand that privacy is important so we will not use your name but we would like you to provide your initials. If you are comfortable with it, you can provide your city and your phone number in case we need to contact you about your story. This is not required.
