Mental Health Advisory Board:

The mission of the Mental Health Advisory Board (MHAB) is to advise the Governing Board in enhancing PierceCounty's mental health delivery system and supporting recovery of people with mental illness through high quality, effective, efficient and culturally competent services. Members of the MHAB will be approved by the Governing Board.

The OptumHealth Pierce RSN Mental Health Advisory Board meets on the lst Wednesday of every month to review issues of concern and relevance to mental health consumers and their families.

Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Committee:

The purpose of the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Committee (QA/PI) will be to outline a strategic and systematic approach to monitoring and improving the quality of care for PierceCounty consumers served through our contracted provider network. Our QA/PI program structure will support the integration of functions within our organization as well as helping improve clinical outcomes for consumers, youth and families in Pierce County. The QA/PI Committee will be responsible for the implementation of the QA/PI Program Description and Work Plan.

The OptumHealth Pierce RSN QA/PI Committee meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month.
